Guess what was waiting on me when I got back home tonight? My Brady Bands and I LOVE them!! I may have gotten a little excited when browsing their website and ordered 3, but they are NONSLIP and super cute. Guys will never understand the frustration we experience when we feel our headband sliding back...ugh!!
Brady Bands was named after an amazing little boy named Brayden who lost his life to brain cancer in 2012. At least 10% of every sale is donated to childhood cancer research.
This topic hits really close to home for the hubs and I. In March 2012 we lost one of our dearest friends, John, to glioblastoma (brain tumor). He fought with everything he had for 5 years and passed away at the young age of 29.

John went to Georgia Southern and became one of our closest friends during that time. After college our friendship continued and we stayed very close. John's parents have said that our group of friends, after college, is part of the reason John fought as hard as he did. We all love and miss him dearly. At every GSU home game we fly a flag with John's initials at our tailgate in remembrance.
